Who are we?

We are a farmhouse green of Monte Grappa (890 m), located 10 minutes from Bassano, in a charming place with a panoramic view.

A former military fortification of 1915-1918 transformed into the first hut in farm and then maintained as a time in order to taste sensations and perfumes now forgotten. A rural landscape, untouched.
  Our local is characteristic for both the style that for the kitchen that offers the simplicity and genuineness typical of the Venetian tradition by using products grown and raised on our farm.

You can spend serene days to rediscover the wildlife and forests deliberately kept in their natural state where you can go long trails located in our territory.

The restaurant also offers the smaller the possibility of entertainment for them having achieved a playground and a walk through nature and animals (horses, ponies, peacocks, goats ...)

The halls

You'll be greeted by an ancient and rediscover the taste of tradition. The first room which is located on the ground floor is warm and simple but rich in nuances and details that customers noticed immediately appear full of history. You can observe ancient objects and tools that adorn the walls, and curtains created by hand, with the chassis used by our grandmothers, representing scenes of everyday life. A heat your visit you will find a fireplace built by hand, poems that there will pregustare the flavours of our cuisine and photos of our local when he was only a hut in the wild.

Our products

We distinguish products of our farm of Citadella (PD).

You can enjoy our home cooking in full compliance with the Venetian tradition. Among our products in particular stands out of the colt transformed in traditional dishes.

The mixed starters: colt salami and pork, bacon, sopressa, culatello and bruschettine with culatello, lard, eggs rolls of spinach, asparagus roulades and culatello.

The paste is made at home: bigoli and tagliatelle with sauce of beef, colt, duck or with tomato rose. Pasticcio with asparagus, sauce, vegetables or radicchio. Risotto with mushrooms or asparagus.

The second dishes are cooked or grilled: Steaks of colt and beef, Braciole and Costate beef, pork and colt, barbecue mixed with costine, sausages and steaks, chicken with baked potato, roast beef and colt in a sauce of asparagus, pork milk, stewed lamb, quail, rabbit, duck in orange sauce, colt with rocket and grain.

The contours vary depending on the season: cooked vegetables, onions, fennel, zucchini, green beans, bean sauce in Vittoria, grilled polenta, salad mixture.

Our cakes are prepared at home following old recipes: pliers, apple pie, chocolate cake, strudel, fruit tart, lemon cake, English soup, cream caramel.

In addition to soft drinks offer wines produced from our vineyards: Cabernet, Raboso, Pinot, Tocai, Verduzzo.

In following the coffee we offer a wide range of Grappa and creams produced with our marc from a distillery of confidence. In particular "the noccino” with taste of Hazel and nuts.

WINTER SEASON: Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We are closed during the months of January and February.

SUMMER SEASON: July and August: closed Monday and Tuesday at noon
